Who we are
2B Task is a task and time tracking service for companies (“we”). This policy explains what data we collect on 2btask.com, in your account and in client portals, why, and how we store it.
What we collect
When you create a portal, send a request or become a partner — your name, work email, phone, company name and invoice details. When you use your account — a sign-in log. From partners — payout details.
Your portal’s data
Tasks, hours, conversations, files and employees are kept in your portal’s own database and never mix with other clients’ data. We access them only at your request — for example, to help with a migration or investigate an error.
Why we use data
To create and run your portal, issue invoices, reply to requests, send service emails (email confirmation, trial ending, invoices) and pay partner rewards. We don’t send marketing emails without your consent.
Cookies
Your account session is kept in a cookie. When you arrive via a partner link we set a 90-day cookie to know who referred you; clicks are counted without your address or browser details. Site analytics, if enabled, receive anonymised visit data.
Sharing with third parties
We don’t sell or share your data with third parties, except where the service needs it (hosting, email delivery, payment provider) or the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
A portal is kept while the subscription is active. After payment ends it stays read-only for 30 days, then stopped for another 30 days, after which it is deleted with its data. You can ask us by email to delete your account and data sooner.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it or delete it by writing to us. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date of the latest version is shown at the top of the page.
