Scope
These terms govern the use of 2btask.com, your account and 2B Task portals. By creating a portal or paying for a plan you accept them.
Trial
A new portal runs free for 14 days with every feature. When the trial ends the portal becomes read-only: your data stays, but it can’t be changed until a plan is paid.
Subscription and payment
Cloud subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen period — 1, 6, 12 or 24 months. The period discount is shown on the pricing page. Payment is by company invoice or card. The subscription is extended once payment arrives.
Changing plans
You can change plans at any time; unused days are credited towards the new plan. If you exceed the employee limit, the system will offer the next plan.
On-premise edition
A one-time purchase of a license for a number of employees plus a year of updates and support, installed on the client’s server. Updates after the first year are covered by a separate agreement.
Non-payment
After 30 days without payment the portal is stopped; after another 30 days it is deleted with its data (a backup is taken first).
Your data
Your portal’s data belongs to you. You are responsible for what you upload and for the access you grant to employees.
Liability
We do our best to keep the service running without interruption and announce planned maintenance in advance. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
